JB SHOP provides consumers with product return services within 7 days (including holidays). Products may be returned as long as they are kept in a brand-new condition without damage and accompanied with original parts, tags, receipts, and packaging. Return shall not be accepted if the product has been washed or is damaged due to any human error.
Product return procedure:
- Within 7 days from receipt of the product, send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to request product return, together with your order number and invoice number.
- Package the product in a full manner in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide (postal fee at your charge).
- If you used a credit card to make payment, we will reimburse your credit card.
- If you made payment upon product reception, please provide an account number in step 1 and we will refund the amount to your designated account by telegraphic transfer (the account must include account name, bank, branch, SWIFT CODE, and account number).
Credit card refunds take about 7 to 30 days. Refunds by telegraphic transfer take about 5 to 7 days. The above is exclusive of holidays.
